Year after year, the municipality of Sant Antoni consolidates itself as a tourist and gastronomic destination. Here we find a wide variety of culinary offerings to satisfy all kinds of palates and leave no one indifferent. Here is a list of the places to visit while staying in our hotels and apartments.
Can Gianluca
Eating well, in a relaxed atmosphere and at the same time being in an oasis in the centre of Sant Antoni… This is part of what you will find in Can Gianluca, one of the restaurants of the Ibiza Feeling group. Gianluca (or the Mother Superior) will treat you as if you were part of her family and will prepare tapas and dishes to share.
Es Rebost de Can Prats
If you are looking for a taste of true Ibizan cuisine, this is the ideal place to do it. In 1994, the century-old house of the Prats family’s grandparents was transformed into a restaurant and since then, they have been offering typical Ibizan dishes such as the sofrit pagès, the salads crostes with dried fish or squid stuffed with sobrassada.
Es Nàutic Restaurant
On the pontoons of the seaport of Sant Antoni we find the Es Nàutic restaurant. A place with beautiful views that offers us fresh fish and rice dishes, among others, of exceptional quality. You can’t stop trying the Bullit de Peix.
Es Tragón
If you are looking for a place where you will be surprised with every bite, Es Tragón is your place. Chef Álvaro Sanz and his team are in charge of creating extremely delicious tasting menus and elaborate elaborations using quality and local products. It is one of the two restaurants on the island that has a Michelin Star.
Es Ventall
Chef José Miguel Bonet wants to turn Ibizan gastronomy on its head and offers us a menu that evolves typical Ibizan cuisine, under a more modern perspective but with scrupulous respect for the essence of Pitiusa cuisine and a careful selection of products and local ingredients.
